We couldn’t wait to catch up with Becky to find out all about her garden-themed wedding wearing the stunning Ria dress by Stella York!
How did your partner propose?
In Friston Forest, he made a book of all the memories we’d had together and as I was reading the last page which said this is empty for what’s happening next… I looked up and he was down on one knee.
What’s the best piece of advice you received in the run up to the big day?
Take time on your wedding day for just the 2 of you, as goes by so quickly.
How did you go about finding the perfect wedding dress?
I looked online at lots of styles, I had no idea what I wanted. I went to 3 shops before I found it – the Ria dress by Stella York – in Fross, my last shop.
How many dresses did you try on before finding The One?

I had a veil and a head piece.

It was perfect! Everything we had dreamed of. We got married outside at Milwards Estate on their lawn opposite the lake. It was sunny and relaxed! We had lawn games, bbq and a live band.
What was your favourite moment from your big day?
I can’t pick one, I loved every minute.
What theme did you pick for the wedding?
It was just a relaxed garden theme, with yellow and greys and sunflowers.

Enjoy the planning! Don’t let others ruin it for you.
Where did you go on your honeymoon?
Rome, lots of walking and sightseeing.
