Your Bridal Appointment

Fross and the Team cannot wait to meet you in preparation for your big day. To make sure the team at Fross Wedding Collections can give you the best possible level of service we do ask that you book a bridal appointment in advance with us. We recommend booking your appointment around 18 months to a year before your wedding date as this will give you plenty of time to find your dream dress and have it fitted perfectly to you.
To secure one of our much sought-after weekend appointments, we ask for a £20 fee. There is no charge for weekday appointments booked between 10am and 5pm.
Please email us if you are not going to be able to attend your appointment. We will be able to refund your deposit if you cancel more than 72 hours beforehand. There will be no refunds for cancellations with less than 72 hours, or no-shows on the day. Our Weekend appointments are very in demand, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, to allow us to reallocate it to another bride. The Saturday & Sunday Booking Fee is fully refundable when you purchase your dress with us.
Why not upgrade your Experience
For something with an extra special touch why not upgrade to our VIP prosecco experience, for a fee of £35 you and up to 8 guests to enjoy the boutique exclusive for 2 hours and indulge in bubbles, nibbles and a gift. Available every weekday. The bride will also receive an exclusive goodie bag full of lovely gifts.
Or for £50.00 - Our VIP Cocktail experience where you receive two glasses of Cocktails from our menu, with nibbles and a gift. Available every weekday and Sundays subject to availability.
